Caprese salad with Roma tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • Small bunch of basil, 10 to 12 leaves picked
  • 200g Mozzarella ball, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

Method

Choose your favourite flat platter and arrange in a single layer the sliced Romas and sliced mozzarella, then scatter over the basil leaves. Drizzle over extra virgin olive oil and season to taste. Serve immediately
